Unfortunately, geocaching.com is very inconsistent in providing data on their version of 'corrected coordinates' - i.e. coordinates that are changed online are only delivered when the cache is updated via the API, not in GPX files (including Pocket Queries). They also are inconsistent in indicating if coordinates are corrected or original (i.e. it's a mess).
Set a filter on a cache or two that you know has corrected coordinates at geocaching.com, then go to Geocaching.com Access>Refresh Cache Data in GSAK and select "Full Details". If this works to your satisfaction, you can Refresh your other caches to download the online corrected coordinates. However, after getting the corrected coordinates this way, if you update these caches using Geocaching.com GPX files (including Pocket Queries), the coordinates will be changed back to the originals.
My advice is to enter your corrected coordinates in GSAK, not online at Geocaching.com. Because Geocaching.com does not provide a way to use the corrected coordinates in GSAK to update the online page, you can use the work flow and macros described in this post (click here) to transfer corrected coordinates from GSAK to the online "Personal Cache Note" at Geocaching.com if you really need to have them online (e.g. for reference on a smart phone).
