Welcome to the GSAK forums!
Clyde lives "down under", where it is the middle of the night. Since it appears that there was an abnormal termination of GSAK (the only time an error dump is generated, and different from the issue others are reporting in this thread), and to enable others to try to help you before Clyde gets on line, please tell us the exact wording of the error message that you sent in the error dump. You can get the error message from GSAK.elf in your Application Data folder (which you can find with Tools>Folder Finder). It's a text file so you can open it with any text editor. The part we need follows "2.6 Message:" in the Exception section.
