Delete Missing Trackables from Cache by etzh - 2013-12-08

-- Added more confirmed missing TBs to macro and removed a few that appeared in caches after being missing for awhile

The macro now includes TBs that are known to be missing from caches (currently in the St. Louis, MO, USA area plus a few in the SF bay area)
