The issue with Monterra is that custom icon for a GPI file doesn't show on the map in Monterra.
The POI (.gpi) group (filename) is listed with proper name using
Where To? -> Extras -> Custom POIs
I have tried different ways of adding the POI.
GGZ + POI (.gpi) - Macro: GarminExport.gsk
GPX + POI (.gpi) - Macro: GarminExport.gsk
POI (.gpi) - Macro: GarminCsvPoiExport-v2.gsk and then Garmin POI Loader
Garmin POI Loader adds the files into Monterra connected in MTP mode but of course only to the main memory not the SD card.
I have also tried to manual copy the files into main memory and to the SD card and still no icons on the map for the POI (.gpi).
In Monterra Settings -> Map -> Layers
Looks like there is some bad "features" in the firmware.
If you use other language than English the Garmin app crashes.
It's one expensive technical brick...
