| Clyde, Posting here was my idea because I wanted her to go through the correct process. I actually had no idea you would respond to her direct message other than to point her here. Given her disabilities, I decided to walk her through all this and help get her problems resolved. Speaking of the issue at hand, I'm not completely sure what fixed her data. The configuration items you suggested were set as expected. I believe what Mike suggested with the repair/defrag is what fixed it. She didn't realize it until she had already done other things. It's the only thing that makes sense at this point. |
