You'll find the icons in the GSAK\Temp\cacheicons folder. It's a lot of work to replace them. Each cache type has four versions of the icon, one with no sub-icons, one with the 'Found' check mark, one with the 'Corrected' mark, and one with both. Replacements would need to be the exact same size and have the reference point of the icon in the same place in the image.
Those icons are also overwritten every time GSAK starts, so you would need to have a macro that was run on start up that copied over your custom icons.
