OK, so it's not my bailiwick, but to the untrained eye, that would seem to be a rather large waste of computer resources. Rather than do a group reset at midnight (pick a time zone), they're keeping track of potentially millions of separate reset times. Is that really what they feel is the best way? Sheesh.
