Yep, it would appear so. I just upgraded one of my test machines to IE 11 and now I can duplicate.
The GSAK page does use javascript so I suspect it is something on that page it doesn't like. However, that doesn't explain why it should choke the Webrowser component (and not IE directly) and why it worked OK in IE 10.
