Download PQs not loading by CelticTykers - 2013-12-18

I changed the download library . It downloaded , but auto-loaded . I used load to pick up the zip files OK .
I then changed to GSAK defaults , and it loaded , but not before showing

Error 10 msg for file SW_DVD5_Win_pro_8.1_32BIT_english_mlf_X18-9671.ISO

Curious as I am running Windows 7
