Is there a way to have GSAK find the date of a file?

I have a macro that imports my Pocket Query into GSAK then it copies the Pocket Query to a shared folder on my network so they it can be imported into GSAK running on other PCs.

What I would like to do is only copy the Pocket Query to the shared folder if it is older than the Pocket Query on the local hard drive.
