The message is telling you that the database was generated in a newer version of GSAK than the one installed on your PC. Any chance you installed GSAK V8, created a backup, then reverted to V 7.7.4.36 and restored from the backup created under V8?
If so, either upgrade to the registered GSAK V8 or click here for step by instructions for reverting to V7 from V8. If you have a registered version of GSAK 8 on another PC, you can use the same registration serial number on this PC (GSAK is registered to the user, not the PC).
