That sounds like you have one cache that has its "found by me date" and "found status" set, but does not have a found log (because FSG uses the found logs to decide which caches to count).
One possibility to fix this is to go to the geocaching.com page and create your "My finds" pocket query and download it (you need to do that manually, it can't be done using the API) and load it into your found DB.
