Seems that this Macro doesn't work anymore (Version 1.4 with GSAK 8.7.1.28). I also deleted the Macro (physical) and the MaintainIgnoreList.xml file and installed again. Also the same.
I've tested it with an extra database which GSAK Ignore-List is empty. Some caches of my GC.com Ignore-List are also included.
Using these options:
