I don't have any other reports of this, nor can I duplicate.
So the first thing we need to do is find out the exact trigger for the error.
That is, we need to determine the exact steps required to *always* force the error.
Once you can duplicate the error every time, then:
1. Please describe the exact steps
2. Select a small database you can duplicate the error with, and then take the option "Tools=>Send debug info" and let me know the tracking number.
