Boyd, I sure wish I could set that to automatically retry, so I don't have to keep coming back to my PC over and over and over and over to finish the task.

Please elaborate what you mean by this - i.e. Geocaching.com Access>Refresh Cache Data should automatically retry if you use "All in current Filter" in the settings. What task are you having to do when you keep coming back to your PC?

QUOTE
Perhaps the data was corrupted during a refresh, creating a new geocache with an improper GC code? I did not create the code, nor have I loaded any Geocaches from any source other than Groundspeak, via GSAK. I just add the new caches to my database each week, and on occasion refresh the oldest listings.

It seems very unlikely that a refresh would put the name of the cache in the Code column. Another possibility is that you ran a macro that created this result, although off the top of my head, I can't think of a macro that does that.
