GSAK would do the correct math  wink.gif

Not in the case of a cache run that starts on one day and runs past midnight. This would incorrectly be split into two "days" when it is one "run". There are night cachers out there and those who do the power trails and go for 12, 16 or 24 hours straight. They would not expect these runs to be split by day.

I am not proposing to abandon the existing %RunCount, %RunTotal and %DnfCount tags; I propose to add some additional new ones for split by Day (/ date)

So users who want to use the %RunCount/%RunTotal figures - such as users in the examples you describe - can still do so, and users currently using the %RunXxxxx parameters will still get the same results.
