Yep... Either way you get the PQs setup in the beginning, they will get less and less efficient every day... Once you get the initial load, then the PlacedPQ macro is the way to go to revise the dates every few months or however you want. I think it takes me about 20 minutes to run the macro and update all 30 PQs in WA state, which I do every couple months..
I hadn't really looked at the "Search" method very closely since I already have my databases setup. It DOES include disabled caches, but not archived, so besides "Founds" it's pretty close to a PQ.
I do include events, not really sure why as I don't send them to my GPS anyway.... I have a separate database for Events since I'm the KeeperUpper of the event calendar for the Northwest region on the GC.com forums...
