Fetch fieldnote-file to Publish logs returns Error by clyde - 2013-07-03

I'm running GSAK v8.3.1.23 on a Win7 System and when I try to fetch the "geocache_visits.txt" from GPS into the Publish logs dialog it returns an Access violation Error.

Also, please select a small database (you also get the error with when you try to fetch this file) and then take the option "Tools=>Send debug info" and let me know the tracking number.
