In the search textbox near the top, enter "lonely" (without the quotes).
You'll get about 4 or 5 macro's.
Have a look at them to see if they fit your need.
(From the description, LonelyCaches looks like it fits your need.
And yes, you will need to have at least your own log and the one immediately before it in your database. So it looks like you will need to download many (or even all) the logs for all the caches.
You can do this using the menu item Geocaching.com Access-->Get recent logs...
Just enter the (large) number of logs you want to download, e.g. 9999, you are not limited to 20 logs (other than that the larger the number, the more time it will take)
