letter Ť displayed incorrectly by hnedka - 2013-07-04

I get the log either through template from the Log field or I enter the text manually to "Publish log edit" window. The letter "ť" obviously needs to be present in the log. The "*nbg*" string then appears on geocaching.com (and only there). Perhaps can someone else try? You can use http://coord.info/GC2BE9D as a testing ground.
