The folder to put bitmaps for non-standard child waypoints is the gsak\temp folder. If you put them in there, and make sure the file name exactly matches the child name, then they should be picked up. If the macro cannot find a bitmap then it defaults back to the reference point icon. |
This does the job very well except that the gsak\temp folder get erased (refreshed?) quite often and my custom bitmap is disappearing. So I need to manually copy it back in there before executing the GarminExport macro.
Is there a way to avoid this?
