I/O error 123 by DiLange - 2019-06-16

Hi,

Since last update I get an I/O error 123 in the proces of downloading PQs.
The PQs are downloaded but then I get this error during the progress bar 'Getting file load order'. This happens while downloading just one PQ or multimple ones.

The PQs are downloaded. If I drag and drop a PQ-zipfile it is succesfully imported.

I run version 9.0.0.8. Is this a bug or something I can fix myself?
