Thanks Taybee - found the file this morning and had removed that extra comma in the coords, but was still getting errors. Fixing the end of the line as above, and removing the non-Home locations was the final things todo. Had been trying to work out if you were using YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-DD-MM when I had to leave for work.
Getting above where I am for both Westerly and Southerly Winds might be a challenge. Think that Invercargill might fall in the Southerly quarter but to my west there are only ones needing loooong walks left - not sure that heading to Aussie will help! (If I ever get there!) The joys of living in a corner of an isolated small country!
Now if there was a % of caches found within a distance I'd be grinning. (No that's not a request)
