Please tell us what version of GSAK you are using (give the exact version number from the left end of the GSAK window title bar).
Also please clarify if you are saying that the Load Summary is completely blank (no header or other table features) or that the table features are there but the data is missing? Perhaps you can show us a screen shot? To post a screen shot, please see "Scenario Two" in this post (click here).
