The AppData folder is not called such. It is most likely your C:\Users\Sue\AppData\Roaming\gsak\ folder (did you find this manually, or by using the folder finder as described in step 4?) and that is as it should be. Within this folder you should find the data folder you already mentioned (though this could theoretically be placed somewhere else, if you changed it manually, most people don't and it seems you didn't either) as well as some other folders such as Macros, Temp, Backup, UserImages, PQDownloads etc.
