No, the macro doesn't remove duplicate finds - it just counts the finds by each person who has logged any of the caches in the filter. The code block you quoted is a vestigial holdover from the original macro that I edited to create this one - it just displays the results (or displays the "no duplicates" message if there are no results, which was relevant in the original macro intended to find duplicate finds, but would not be the case with this macro, since there should always be results).
In thinking about your other request (for a macro to clean up duplicate found logs), it occurs to me that we could delete all but the most recent log, on the assumption that if the user deleted and recreated their log online, the last log in GSAK would match the log online (not always true, but should work in most cases).
