New parameter

Footer=title string
If specified, adds a footer below the list that contains the number of entries and percentage of total finds.

The generated footer uses the format
UserName has # Footer finds out of #total unique Geocaches (percentage)
UserName hat # Footer Funde von #total unique Geocaches (percentage)
UserName a # Footer trouvées sur #total Géocaches individuelles (percentage)
and inserts the string given with Footer=string into the text. The string can contain multiple words and spaces, but no & character.
The language used depends on the FSG settings.

Changes

• showIndex=true and Top=latest now numbers the index backwards
• showInfo=true with empty comment only uses one line of output

Example
This example shows the new footer output. In the footer the text 'abandoned sites' is inserted and footer output is enabled.

Notice also that the index numbering enabled with showIndex=true and Top=latest is reversed.
