I think he's referring to this macro (click here). Given that you are importing full data for the caches, I suspect you are not performing two exports as described in that macro library post, and your older caches are saved in Google Earth, but the newer caches are not. Either that, or you have a filter set when making an export.
In any event, you may want to try the macro lignumaqua suggested, or the updated version of the other macro (GoogleEarthCircles.gsk - click here), which uses Google Earth and does not require two exports.
