Since you didn't specify a version number let's start by confirming that you have the latest version of GSAK. When you go to Help>About in GSAK do you see Version 9.0.0.14 in the title bar and Patch 10.0.11 below the GSAK logo?

If not, click here to download and install the latest Patch. Patches are cumulative so you only need to install the last one in that thread.
