Perhaps stating the obvious, but:
1) Make sure you are logged in on www.certitudes.org with your geocaching.com account
2) enter solution in the checker, and click the check button
3) when the solution is correct, on left side of the screen confirming the correct solution there is a button that allows you to updated the coordinates on geocaching.com, and update the PCN note with the output of the checker.
4) After having done that, you only need to refresh the cache in the GSAK DB to have the corrected coordinates and the checker output in the PCN note
If you want, you can copy over the PCN note to the userdata using Global Replace.
