After checking code changes over the last few versions, the problem did indeed begin in v1.19 because of some unprotected development code that was able to run every time . All of the related development code has been removed and the added development tasks added in v0.84 have been retained.

From v1.21 on the GPX Output Path will *only* be reset (automatically at startup to $_AppData\PoiLoader) if it is empty or if the folder does not exist.
