Something on your computer is preventing GSAK from deleting those files. It could be security software, it could be a known Windows 7 bug that sets the folders to Read Only (click here for more information), or it could be something like backup software that is locking the files at the same time GSAK is trying to delete them.
Please try restarting your computer. If that doesn't fix things, try exempting GSAK and that folder specifically from your security or backup software.
If that doesn't help, as a workaround you can UNcheck this box on the Load dialog:

and either manually delete the files after the Load is finished or allow GSAK to delete the files the next time you start GSAK (GSAK deletes all files in the GSAK\Temp folder when it starts, so the files will not accumulate between GSAK sessions).
