That error usually means that you have an apostrophe ('s) somewhere in the data that is causing the SQLite query to fail (an apostrophe is a reserved character in SQLite). I haven't looked at the macro, but this usually happens when there is an apostrophe in the Code field (GC codes never include apostrophes, so this is unexpected). Do you have any caches with an apostrophe in the Code? If so, please remove the apostrophes.
