Have you tried using the same exact tag(s) in the GPS>Receive Waypoints "Match..." space?

If most cases (i.e. if your tags resolve to a unique name), GSAK will be able to match waypoints being received with the waypoints in the database if the tags are the same as the one used when they were sent to the GPS.
