Right click on the toolbar and choose "Customize Tool Buttons" to open the "Customize Speed Bar" dialog:

If you are saying that "Get geocaches" no longer appears in the right pane when you select "Geocaching.com access" in the left pane that means that the "Get geocaches" button already is on your tool bar (i.e. GSAK only shows options in the right pane that are not already assigned to the tool bar). Odds are that your tool bar buttons are arranged in such a way that two buttons are overlapping and the "Get Geocaches" button is hidden from sight. Try dragging the tool bar buttons left or right to uncover the hidden button.
