Translation Editor show up by bendtsen & hund - 2013-07-20

Hi there

I suddenly begin to have the Translation Editor to show up at certain commands like the 'Refresh Cache' or 'Folder Finder'.

I was running the last build, and reverted to 8.3.0.1, but problem is still there.

I also delete the language_update.sil, but that did not help either

Any ideas ?

NB; My language is set to 'English'
