You can have different templates using the "Special Log Type" templates (scroll down to see the help section for those), however, you need a trigger to apply that template. Given that you don't have Field Notes, I'd suggest you use the {GcAccountName=xxxxx} condition as the trigger. That way when you switch access tokens, you can fetch the caches, select those you want to update, and right click, "Reapply Templates" to apply the templates for that geocacher. Or you could use the {Sequence=From-To} condition as the trigger and edit the template after fetching but before reapplying the templates to target the particular logs with those sequence numbers (i.e. the first and last log in the sequence you want to publish with this template). You'd also probably want to include {LogType=Found it} to apply the template to only found logs.
