Der zitierte Thread löst natürlich dein Problem. Du mußt ihn nur mal aufmerksam lesen.
Zum Merken: PCN sind nicht in GPX-Daten enthalten. Punkt
PCN gelangen nur per Api-Download in GSAK. Punkt
Das zitierte Makro macht genau das, was Du willst: Es kopiert die PCN in die GSAK-Note.

Frage: warum willst Du eigentlich umständlich und aufwändig die PCN in die Notes kopieren? Du kannst dir die PCN doch auch ohne dies überall (im Splitscreen, im Grid, beim Export zu Garmingeräten) anzeigen bzw. ausgeben lassen. Das Makro GarminExport macht das sogar per Default.

Hallo Hans,

leider macht das von mir zitierte Makro zumindest bei mir nicht das Erhoffte,
auch hab ich die PCN nicht in Notes wenn ich die Cachedaten aktualisieren lasse -
deswegen hab ich die Anfrage ja auch gestellt.
zu Garminexport - hier ist zwar Include User Notes aktiviert aber im GPS finde ich nichts (hier gpsmap64s)?

Natürlich nicht. Die PCN sind ein eigenständiges Datenfeld. Du mußt die entsprechende Kolumne im Grid (bzw. im Splitscreen) auch tatsächlich anzeigen lassen (schau dir bitte meinen Screenshot aus dem zitierten Thread an). Und die PCN gelangen nur per Api-Refresh (Full Format) in GSAK.

Wie schon mehrfach geschrieben: Die PCN sind NICHT Teil der Notes. Das ist etwas Separates.
Um zu sehen warum das nicht auf deinem 64er landet, müßte man schon mal deine Einstellungen kennen (Screenshot bitte).

NB: Kurioserweise funktioniert der Test nicht für heute online erstellte PCNs. Diese sind zwar in der Db, werden aber nicht korrekt gefiltert. Dem muß ich erst einmal auf die Spur kommen.

GSAK V 8.7.1.44
Database repair and GSAK restart are done.

I created a PCN today online on GC7EQ70.
After a refresh (Full data) the PCN appears in GSAK as expected.

My issue:
Filtering for caches containing a PCN only works for PCNs created weeks ago.
The today created PCN is not filtered by MFilter Where=gcnote.

GCNote is a string, not a Boolean, variable, and I'm surprised "MFILTER WHERE=gcnote" ever worked reliably. Please use:

GSK
MFILTER Where=GcNote<>''

(that's two single quotes following <>).

To test for the presence of GCNotes in your database, just enter:

GSK
GcNote<>''


in the WHERE tab of the GSAK filter dialog (Search>Filter) and click the "Go" button:

I think you are confusing the GSAK User Notes (which existed long before Geocaching.com created the "Personal Cache Note") and the GSAK GCNote, which contains the Personal Cache Note if you update your database using the API and the "full" format.

As Hans said, your filter contains 671 caches with a GCNote in GSAK, including at least one cache (GC77305) that does not have a User Note. This proves that the GC Notes are in your GSAK database - you just need to display them.

Please go to View>Add/Remove Columns and tick the box in front of "GC.com Note":

Click OK and the GC notes (automatically added when you Get or Refresh Caches with the Full format) will be shown as the last column on the right edge of the grid.

Den gewünschten Vorgang zu automatisieren geht nur mit einem Makro:

Statt meines CruiseDetector-Makros läßt Du dann einfach das hier besprochene Makro starten.
Dieses Makro läßt Du als "Post load macro" laufen. Erstelle und sichere dafür entsprechende Load-Settings.

Außerdem mußt Du noch Load Settings für den GCRefresh erstellen (in meinem Beispiel heißen die Settings "Laden und Löschen").
Damit sollte dein GPX-Download von der Cacheseite automatisch die PCN in die UserNotes kopieren.

Filling User Data Column in Searched files. by 8Nuts - 2017-12-02

I have several large databases of bench marks. I can do a Full Text Search to find each Marker Type: BENCH MARK DISK or TRIANGULATION STATION DISK or many other types.
When I search for BENCH MARK DISK, the result shows about 50% of the files in the Database. That could be as many as 600 files.
I want to fill the USER DATA 3 Column in those searched files with the Marker Type name. Is there any way to do this other than pasting the info in each file one at a time?

First filter to the desired benchmarks, then run Database/Global Replace:

Select 'User Data 3' and enter the desired text for the field.

Accordingly, I have updated GSAK so that you can no longer enter/change a caption. Existing captions will still show (though you can't change) but going forward, the caption will be completely removed.
