GSAK Patches - V10B7

Hopefully fixed the reversion introduced in B6 blink.gif. Also looked at the new polygons again and fixed a few diacritics.

Note: If the update doesn't seem to have worked check that no files have been put in the Windows GSAK Virtual Store folder at "C:/Users/*yourname*/AppData/Local/VirtualStore/Program Files (x86)/gsak"
If there are files in that folder. Shut down GSAK, then delete the files and restart GSAK.

Please let us know of any issues in the General section of the forum, here.

This patch requires GSAK 9.0.0.14 (GSAK Final)

GSAK Crashes when updating a macro by Limax - 2020-09-08

I have some more testing to do on this - but that will not be until after I return home (just over a week).

That's what I'm doing currently. I am just downloading it from the link and then opening it, rather than have GSAK do it. If nothing can be found, I'm fine with doing that as a workaround.

Received several errors while running CountryStateCounty - Overwrite.gsk
This is GSAK 9.0.0.14 with GSAK_Patch10B7.exe

Error loading polygon file: D:\Gsak\locations\countries\North Macedonia1.txt
GCXXXXX code that caused the error is: GC1X13Z (Error number: 853)
North Macedonia1.txt does not exist, Macedonia1.txt exists --> Manualy copied Macedonia1.txt to North Macedonia1.txt

Zip file is invalid:
http://gsak.net/locations/counties/blr/all_blr.zip --> link in browser: Not Found The requested URL /locations/counties/blr/all_blr.zip was not found on this server.

Error loading polygon file: D:\Gsak\locations\counties\blr\all_blr\34.txt --> Country Belarus - in Gsak without latest patch blr does not exist (yet)
GCXXXXX code that caused the error is: GC4KVVZ (Error number: 853) (and many more caches)

1. Belarus should now be fixed - please try again.

2. North Macedonia will require a new patch to fully fix. However, for now, if you delete the ...\Gsak\locations\countries folder before starting GSAK then that will force a new download of the master country.zip file for you which contains the correct files.

Do you have found logs on those caches? Do the found logs have your geocaching.com member ID as the log owner ID?

I have updated the macro to now allow you you exclude any attribute (positive or negative) that you wish. There are now two lists of checkboxes on the form allowing you to choose to exclude any of the possible attributes if you wish. The macro should be backward compatible with the four exclusion checkboxes that were on the old form so whatever you had selected there should come up selected in the new list.

Hello everybody.
It seems the Macro AddTrackablesAPI dont load the icons more (maybe something wrong by me?) I checked and it seems I have the last version of the macro, it doesent proposed me an update.

I filled all the Icon field of my base manually where the icons was missing (empty field).
It took me ... long time.
I noticed, all icons i filled are now with "https://" (that s great).

But... (now is my question for what I write here).

It is a way to change the values in the base where the icon field have still the "http://"?
(a sort of "Search http:// - Replace by https://")
Or do I need to do that manually again? (I have more than 1200 to change)

I'll have to look at the macro code. These TB images have changed a few times over the last years, so I am not surprised if they are broken once again. I don't know when I'll find the time, but I'll put it on my list.

Hallo Urs.
I saw on the macro thread, that it s a function to force update icons.
I have to check that before you look the code (maybe you dont need to look).
I ll try that later, maybe that field isntr checked by my macro. Thank you anyway.

I deleted all the maps in \Gsak\locations

rerun CSC Overwrite and had no errors on 200k of caches

Hi,

every time I run this macro, I get asked for the name of the user with the ID 262132 which is called ">---^---smile.gif". The name probably breaks a query somewhere.
He is e.g. the owner of GC8XKFE.
