I had used the Fillfinds macro for thousands of finds until I started using the GSAK built in Publish Log and the FindsNum method but I have noticed a problem today between the two methods. The Fillfinds seems to place a leading space on the number for the find number while the generated Find number at the time of the Publish Log does not have a leading space. The result is the I have some Findnum with a leading space and others without it and this causes sort problems on my Finds. With the API problems I have to still use the manual method of logging my finds and as a result I still use the FillFinds macro and that is how I happen to notice today the problem with the leading space. It would be nice if both methods would generate the same number so if you need to manually log the finds you can use the Fillfinds macro to get the Findnums and not have this sort problem.
