Yes to both questions. Maybe I'm misinterpreting what "sticky settings" means? Without using any saved settings when I do a restore with all the "Non database items to restore" in the dialog selected (checks in the boxes) I'm expecting those same checkboxes to be selected the next time I open the Restore dialog.
