This sounds like a problem with Basecamp, not GSAK, and we cannot support Basecamp. Are you able to change a symbol on a waypoint in Basecamp to one of your custom symbols? If not, it is almost certainly a problem with Basecamp and you will need to work with Garmin support. PS - I would not assume that icons that work in MapSource will work in Basecamp. Again, that's something to ask Garmin support. |
That's why I asked here because Garmin is not nearly as responsive. Unresponsive is closer. I was hoping a user here had recently been through this drill. I agree, a Basecamp issue, but GSAK involved so I figured this wasn't out of bounds for a GSAK user, if not "staff."
