the error is in the file call BadgeGenSavedSetting_V4.data you can find it in .....\Gsak\Macros\BadgeGen\ go to line 406 and remove the last Comma in the line from
HomeChch,-44.497999, 172.589745,2000-01-03,2016-06-10, ;</Data> to 6-06-10 ;</Data>

the dates are YYYY-MM-DD
