| OK, just solved my own problem. For some reason, the macro was saving the database in one location but the POI loader was loading a file from a different location. It used to work OK so I'm not sure whether it is the macro or POI loader that has changed - or why! Thought I'd better write this up in case it afflicts anyone else! |
Thanks, fitzsimons, for this portion of your post. I had been unable to get POIs to load to my Oregon using this macro since sometime around June 1 and had been watching this thread to see if anybody else mentioned such a problem. It appeared to me that the macro and POI Loader both finished fine but the only file I could get to load was from May 24. Then I read your last paragraph and immediately checked only to find that I had exactly the same situation! Problem solved!
