No.
This appears to be something of a sleeper with the load dialog (ever since the post run macro was introduced)
If you enter a post load macro and then subsequently select the setting "*Use GSAK Defaults*" it *should* clear the post load macro but it does not (you can see this in the GUI, not just while running a macro)
This should be fixed in build 41
