Thanks that helps - it implies that for some reason the split screen display (on your system) is causing the load dialog to go behind the main screen and be non modal.
I can't see why I can't duplicate (when split screen is on) so it must be something computer specific.
However, in build 41 I have put in the same code (force load dialog to front, disable main screen) at the end of the display of the split screen, if the load dialog is currently active. So give it a try and see if there is any difference.
